Land, Trees and Ponds
Concord Lodge is surrounded by native and organic gardens. The property is gated and protected with a state of the art security system. Iron fencing extends on both sides of the gate; the remainder of the property is fenced with barbed wire.

Barberry, Magnolia and Forsythia
The gardens feature primitive and native plants, all organically supported, and a state-of-the-art sprinkler system designed to manage zones, seasons, weather conditions, new plantings and temperature. Water is available from either (or both) the community water system as well as Concord Lodge’s own private water well.
The gardens provide variety in size, shape and color. This photo is taken in the front yard, with the garage in the background. Forsythia and Barberry bushes are in the foreground; the Magnolia tree is on the right, and the Forsythia bush is in the background. A little bit of the mock orange bush can be seen on the left.
The entire 15 acres is graced with beautiful Southern pine trees and a variety of deciduous species, truly an East Texas paradise!
